We specialise in treating Pain from the Musculoskeletal system (muscles, joints, bones etc). We do this by skillful Physiotherapy Assessment, Manual Therapy and Prescription of Exercise.
Throughout this process we aim to educate and inform you of our diagnosis and provide a pathway to help settle, recover and prevent recurrence of pain.
Specialist Vestibular Rehabilitation
Bruce is a qualified Vestibular Physiotherapist and can diagnose and treat conditions relating to dizziness and disequilibrium (unsteadiness)
Hydrotherapy
Aquatic Physio (Hydrotherapy) ~ we run weekly Physiotherapist led small group Hydrotherapy classes at The Fleurieu Regional Aquatic Centre. (Bookings are Essential)

These small group Physiotherapist led Hydrotherapy classes take place in the Fleurieu Regional Aquatic Centre at Hayborough.
Hydrotherapy is a very useful rehabilitation tool for many conditions, including back pain, shoulder, hip and knee pain and injuries
