We specialise in treating Pain from the Musculoskeletal system (muscles, joints, bones etc). We do this by skillful Physiotherapy Assessment, Manual Therapy and Prescription of Exercise.

Throughout this process we aim to educate and inform you of our diagnosis and provide a pathway to help settle, recover and prevent recurrence of pain.

Specialist Vestibular Rehabilitation

Bruce is a qualified Vestibular Physiotherapist and can diagnose and treat conditions relating to dizziness and disequilibrium (unsteadiness)

Hydrotherapy

Aquatic Physio (Hydrotherapy) is available at the Fleurieu Regional Aquatic Centre

Hydrotherapy is a very useful rehabilitation tool for many conditions, including back pain, shoulder, hip and knee pain and injuries

The benefits of Hydrotherapy

There are many conditions that can benefit from hydrotherapy such as:

  • Joint replacements and orthopaedic surgery 

  • Post fracture (returning to walking) 

  • Lumbar back pain 

  • Shoulder injury including rotate cuff tears/ repairs and frozen shoulders 

  • Arthritis suffers also benefit from regular hydrotherapy sessions
